The Efficacity Investigation for Some Markers Detecting Yellow Rust Resistance Genes in Bread Wheat Varieties

Yellow rust is (Puccinia striiformis Westend. f. sp. tritici) among the supreme diseases causing serious losses in wheat production. The chemical fungicides are commonly used this disease-fighting. However, control not economical and also causes environmental pollution. Therefore, use of resistant varieties production has critical importance. resistance against yellow disease expressed with Yr genes. In breeding studies, knowing which parents include genes provides a great advantage development new varieties. This study aims to determine efficiency markers detect disease. molecular (Xgwm582, RgaYr10a, Xgwm413, Xgwm11, Wmc44, Barc101, Cfa2149, Sun104, Xgwm273) that identified for nine (Yr9, Yr10, Yr15, Yr26, Yr29, Yr36, Yr48, Yr51, YrCH52) providing was investigated using PCR method. Twenty bread were as material. Resistance gene profiles determined PCR-based data obtained from registration information field literature analysed comparatively. As result analysis, efficiency/productivity defined different detecting profile determined. Moreover, known states sensitive compared. Genes prominent detected these evaluated according their homozygous/heterozygous states. It concluded efficacy such gave positive results all varieties, low.
